Chemical Peels

Wake up looking beautiful

Getting a chemical peel can offer a range of benefits for your skin’s health and appearance. We believe that regular exfoliation is crucial to speed up cell turnover and get you glowing skin. That’s why we opt for peels that can be done more often rather than those that push the skin to the point of extended healing time.

What are the benefits of a chemical peel?

Our favorite benefit of chemical peels is their ability to address various skincare concerns, including acne, uneven skin tone, fine lines, wrinkles, and sun damage. By removing dead skin cells and stimulating collagen production, chemical peels can improve the texture and tone of the skin, resulting in a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance.

What kind of chemical peels do we offer?

SUPERFICIAL SPA PEELS

Superficial peels, also known as light peels or lunchtime peels, offer mild exfoliation and are suitable for maintaining skin health. These peels primarily target the outermost layer of the skin, brightening and rejuvenating your skin’s texture and tone. They usually require little to no downtime, with mild redness that subsides the same day of treatment.

HydraDerm Micropeel Treatment

We use Sorella Apothecary peels to address tone and texture. These peels need little to no downtime and are full of gentle yet powerful acid blends as well as antioxidants for the ideal quick treatment.

Try a superficial peel with our HydraDerm Infusion service.

Acne Chemical Peels

We also use Face Reality chemical peels to address active acne and acne scarring, which have slightly more down time. These powerful peels are our go-to for clearing congested skin, offered in our Acne Clinic Facial.

Hydrafacial

We offer Hydrafacial at our Mechanicsville location. Hydrafacial is a 7-in-1 no downtime comprehensive treatment which includes buffered chemical peels. Visit this page for more information.

MEDIUM DEPTH MED PEELS

Medium depth peels penetrate deeper into the skin, targeting both the epidermis and the upper layers of the dermis. These peels are effective for treating moderate skin imperfections, including deeper wrinkles, acne scars, sun damage, and uneven pigmentation. They work in a series of (3) peels and can be combined with our other med spa treatments to create the trending glass facial look.
