I’ve... read more gotten lash lifts for the past 6 years from different people and have never had a bad experience in my life. With the reviews of the place and photos I thought I’d be getting what i normally get, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. I had Leah, she was very sweet and did really good on my brows but when she finished my lashes and showed them to me I had to sit up in disbelief. Initially I was asked if this was okay, I said it was not and told her about my experience and what was advertised. She then offered 10% off, but don’t think that this was even a lift! My lashes are long and dark, they are normally super pretty with a lift and have been told by multiple ladies who have done lash lifts that they look almost like I had false lashes on. Again, I’ve never had a problem. They then offered another 2 minutes, but I really don’t think 2 mins would make a significant difference tbh. I started tearing up with how disappointed i was and was then offered a full refund for my lashes. Either way, I am in disbelief in how bad the results were.
