I’ve been getting lash extensions for several months here and the service is always wonderful. I’ve been to both the Midlothian and Hanover locations both are clean and the staff is friendly. Cara has done my lash extensions several times now she is very experienced, knowledgeable, and provides an overall wonderful and relaxing experience. She always asked how you like what you had the previous time and if you would like any changes or a different style.

As a redhead it’s hard to get the brows tinted just right. This team nails it - every time!

Great first experience! Receptionist (wish I got her name… has awesome hair) and Karen were super friendly and professional, pleasantly conversational and Karen was very thorough, efficient, and I could tell is super skilled just from this one visit. I just got a brow shape but definitely interested in other services now. Spa is very clean and calm environment. So happy with my brows & happy to spend more money here for the service received.

I have been working with Krishna since January on body slimming. Her kind, always upbeat, knowledgeable and professional manner makes for enjoyable appointments. She takes the time to understand my goals and is with me 100% to help me achieve them. Living my best life possible-focusing on inner and outer beauty is supported. Lashes are relatively new to me since January 2023. Leah is my person. I’m on a ventilator which makes my appointments a bit challenging because laying on my back negatively affects my ability to breathe. Leah does everything to ensure my comfort. I get compliments everywhere I go. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Always consistent. Leah is a sweet soul, a gem, very soothing and present throughout appointments. Thank you Leah!

I visited Lash Out Beauty Bar on March 30, 2023 after having a not so great experience at another establishment. Since it was the first time getting lash extensions I was a bit disappointed and was hoping this would be better. Madelyn at Lash Out was amazing! Not only did she put me at ease, she fixed my lashes and they look fantastic! It is clear that she is good at what she does and the atmosphere there was so relaxing and friendly. Looking forward to returning again and to trying out some other services as well. Highly recommend Madelyn and this business!
