Great first experience! Receptionist (wish I got her name… has awesome hair) and Karen were super friendly and professional, pleasantly conversational and Karen was very thorough, efficient, and I could tell is super skilled just from this one visit. I just got a brow shape but definitely interested in other services now. Spa is very clean and calm environment.
