Memberships, packages, or gift certificates purchased are non-refundable. In cases where we can no longer provide a package service due to contraindications, any unexpired services may be applied to credits based on the non-package price of services remaining.

Only sealed, unopened, unused products will be accepted when accompanied by a receipt dated within 10 days of purchase. Opened products are considered to be contaminated and will not be eligible for refund or return.
