Our goal has always been to keep your self-care affordable while still delivering the elevated Sage & Vine experience you love. We’re constantly negotiating with vendors, offering memberships for built-in savings, and now providing in-house 0% payment plans to make treatments even more accessible.
To help us stay sustainable without raising service prices, a couple small updates will take effect March 1:
Cancellation Window: Moving from 24 hours to 48 hours.
Cancellations inside 48 hours = 50% service fee; no-shows = 100%. This helps protect our team’s time and keeps appointment availability strong.
3% Credit Card Fee: This will apply to credit card transactions (including memberships/payment plans).
No fee with debit cards or cash.
These updates allow us to stay strong as a business while continuing to prioritize value, quality, and accessibility for you.
